Also known as the '''Central Command Room''', this room was a party room during Operation: Blackout. It was opened November 18, 2012, but a glitch allowed penguins to access it early. Herbert controlled everything from here, as the "Illustrious Leader Supreme of Club Herbert", and it had become the main part of his fortress. The High Frequency Infrared Reversion Laser was found here, and it had to be disabled for the player to complete his/her mission. The Containment Cells were also found in this room; they contained [[Gary]], [[Dot]], [[Jet Pack Guy]], [[Rookie]], and [[The Director]]. | |||

This room was a party room and [[Herbert P. Bear]]'s lair for [[Operation: Hot Sauce]]. This lair was under the [[Beach]]. He set up a giant bottle of [[Hot Sauce|hot sauce]] here (he had stolen it from the [[Pizza Parlor]]) and planned to use it to destroy the island. Agents could enter the lair after following the clues with help of the [[TraceTracker 3000]], defeating Herbert by throwing pizza at the button that says "Flood". The lair was destroyed and flooded after [[Klutzy]] walked over to the pizza and accidentally pressed the button. | |||

Herbert P. Bear's Headquarters, or Herbert HQ, are various locations around Club Penguin where the polar bear villain hides and schemes. These rooms are usually discovered and opened as party rooms.
