The Ice Crown is a rare head item in Club Penguin. It was found in the Plaza during the Festival of Snow 2007 and was available to all penguins. It goes with the Snowflake T-Shirt.
History
The Ice Crown has only appeared at the Festival of Snow 2007. It hasn`t returned since, making it rare.
