The Ice Crown has only appeared at the Festival of Snow 2007. It and hasn't returned.
Trivia
- Many put this as part of an "Ice Costume", which often also includes the Snowflake T-Shirt, also from the Festival of Snow 2007.
- It is considered rare because the only time it was released was in 2007.
