The Island Lifter 3000 is a device used to lift Club Penguin Island out of the water and into the skies. It is used in Festival of Flight 2009 because Gary needs to replace the windows in the Pool. There is a Hot Air Balloon above it to make Club Penguin fly, and a target is located right next to it.
