The Kite 1000 first appeared in Secret Mission #9.
It was used to locate your old Spy Phone (which was stolen by Herbert) via a tracking device tied to it. It was placed above the Ski Mountain, along with the other 2 tracking devices. Amazingly, you have to destroy the blueprints to make the contraption.

Trivia
- It is unknown if there will be a Kite 2000 and/or a Kite 3000.
- It looks very unstable.
