Medals are awards that can be earned by completing a Field-Op. They are also used as currency in the Elite Gear shop. Using the medals you earn, you can buy different items. The cost of the items range from 1 to 4 medals.

- EPF Earpiece — 1 medal
Members-Only
Delta (Male) Set
- Delta Shades — 1 medal
- Delta Fedora — 2 medals
- Delta Sneaks — 3 medals
- Delta Suit — 4 medals
Alpha (Female) Set
- Alpha Shades — 1 medal
- The Alpha — 2 medals
- Alpha Pumps — 3 medals
- Alpha Suit — 4 medals
Tactical Gear Set
- Tactical Boots — 2 medals

- Range Finder — 2 medals
