The Noise Maker 3000 was used in the Dance Lounge during the Dance-A-Thon party. It made random sounds and noises.

It was only used during the Dance-A-Thon party so far.
It was thought to have been made by Gary; probably because of the suffix "3000" at the end of the machine's name.
Cadence would have people use it as an instrument when she had them make music.
It might come back in future dance-themed parties.
