Non-members are penguins that do not pay a subcribed membership.
Non-member's features
- Buy colors and backgrounds
- Can wear free items
- Can buy puffles (only 2)
- Go anywhere in Club Penguin
- Chat
- A retired member can have thier old member puffles.
What non-members can't do
- Cannot go to member parties
- Can't buy clothing,furniture,wigs,igloo upgrades.
- Can't have an amount of 14 puffles
- Can't buy puffle breeds (except blue and red)
- Can't open thier igloos.
