Conjecture Club Penguin has not given the subject a name - as such, the name Old News is purely conjectural. However, it will be used until an official name is released. |
The Old News is a drawer located in the Boiler Room with the last six editions of The Club Penguin Times newspaper. It can be used to learn about Club Penguin, its recent history, and recent events. There is a glitch where if the user clicks a newspaper and drags the mouse away from it, the newspaper will stay hovering in the air. Not many Penguins read this, let alone go in the Boiler Room.
Old newspapers do not support some features available when the paper was originally in print, for example, players could not make a "Restore the Lighthouse" donation of 750 coins to get a special shirt by using the Old News.
