The Party Hat (also known as the Beta Hat) is a collectible free item first available during Beta Testing. Similar items are 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Year Party Hats, as well as the 6th Anniversary Hat, 7th Anniversary Hat, 5 Year Celebration Hat and Snow Beta Hat.
History
The Party Hat is the rarest item on Club Penguin. It is the first party hat and the first free item in Club Penguin, and also the first clothing item that wouldn't be taken away after beta testing.
