The Phoenix Queen is a character that is involved in the play Secrets of the Bamboo Forest. She is a peach-colored penguin. The Phoenix Queen is revealed at the end when the Guardian Dog lets Monkey King into the castle, where she gives the Phoenix Queen's Background.
