The Popcorn time-bomb

The Popcorn Time Bomb is one of Herbert's disastrous inventions. It is made of the chair on the right from the Gift Shop, a stolen Spy Phone, and a bag of corn kernels, a broken clock, pipes and a heater. It was seen at the end of The Veggie Villain. Its operative duties were to destroy the HQ and the Sport Shop. It was this bomb that ended the PSA, making the EPF as the primary Headquarters. There was another Popcorn Time Bomb in the first Field-Ops, and was referenced in one of Herbert's messages through the EPF Spy Phone.
