History

Rockhopper gave out three different versions of this background: The oldest had a different signature, the second one is the one he currently gives out, and the third was the plant background he gave out during the Adventure Party 2009. Before this background, Rockhopper used to give out a free Eyepatch. These backgrounds are most popular/common when Rockhopper docks on Club Penguin.
