The Ruffle Collar is a neck item in Club Penguin. It goes with the Bard Hat and Bard Outfit. It costs 300 coins and only members can buy it in the Costume Trunk at the The Twelfth Fish play, and both members and non-members can unlock it in the Treasure Book. This was released because of The Twelfth Fish Play.
