The Santa Beard is a neck item in Club Penguin. It first came out at the Christmas Party 2006 and returned at the 2008 Christmas Party. It is also available in Treasure Book under the name of the White Beard. If you put it on while playing Card-Jitsu Fire, Sensei will compliment you on your beard and then think yours is fake.
