The PSA Secret Code, also known as the Tic Tac Toe Code, or the Secret Agent Code, is the code the Penguin Secret Agency Agents use to communicate with. This code is most often used in Secret Missions. It also appears elsewhere as an Easter Egg (such as on the Clock Tower).
Here is an example of a code:

The code reads: The first pin in Club Penguin was a four leaf clover.
The Director
The mysterious leader of the PSA and the Elite Penguin Force, only known as the Director, uses the extra symbol in the code as his/her own signature. No one has ever seen The Director except for an appearance in Mission 10.
Strategy for Memorizing
The great thing about this code is that it is as easy to remember as Tic-Tac-Toe! In the picture below, notice the gray section to help you remember the code letters from A to I.
For the letters J to R, just add an X. In the picture below, look at the yellow section to help you remember the code letters from J to R.
For the letters S to Z, just add an O. In the picture below, look at the light blue (cyan) section to help you remember the code letters from S to Z.
Trivia
- This code is very similar to the Pigpen cipher, also called the masonic or Freemason's cipher, used in Dan Brown's 2009 novel The Lost Symbol.
- EPF Agents can use a built-in device in their Spy Gadget to decode messages using this code.
- There is a similar code in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force, which has the same symbols, but a different translation.
- Not many penguins can decode by memory.
- Some penguins decoded the writing on the Clock Tower. It reads "By G".
- The Director's signature is the last code symbol, after the Z, that doesn't have any other known alphabetical meaning.
