The Blue Propeller Cap is a free head item that appeared in the 2007 & 2009 April Fool's parties. Just like all other propeller caps, when dancing with no other clothes on, you will float from the ground.
History
It first appeared in the 2007 April Fool's Day party. Many new penguins were excited that a new propeller cap came out, as they were unable to get hold of the Red Propeller Cap. It returned in 2009. They were in the Mine for both parties. It may return in 2011.
Trivia
