The Blue Puffle Hat is a head item in Club Penguin. It is free, and available to everyone at the Plaza. Similar items are the Puffle Cap and the Brown Puffle Hat.
History
It was first seen on the February 2011 Membership Page, but it wasn't released yet. It was also seen on the Puffle Party 2011 login screen. The Blue Puffle Hat was eventually released during the Puffle Party 2011 on February 17th, 2011 and was available for everyone.
Glitch
After the Puffle Party 2011, this item disappeared from the inventory. This glitch was fixed.
