It is currently available at the Dark Chamber entrance during the Halloween Party 2010, and only members can obtain it. When worn at the same time as the Ghost Costume, the costume will glow. A similar item is the Lantern.It does the same thing as the Flashlight when you wear the Ghost Costume and dance
