It goes along with The Pirateer and the Crow's Nest Vest in the July 2011 Penguin Style catalog. The Telescope can also go with The Continental and the Commander Coat; the action also work with these items.

The Telescope was released on July 5, 2011 in the July 2011 Penguin Style catalog.
