The Director of the Elite Penguin Force, formerly The Director of the Penguin Secret Agency and commonly known as just The Director, is a mysterious penguin who leads or once led the EPF and PSA agencies. The Director does not take a major role around the game and mainly takes a background role.

The Director of the P.S.A. sometimes writes you letters after you complete Secret Missions.

Facts about the Director

The Director's signature

• The less censored photo that has been watched is on Mission 10.
• The Director's signature is the Tic-Tac-Toe Code symbol after Z's nickname.

Appearances

• The Director is seen on the EPF monitor several times in mission briefings, but is also censored on the monitor.
• The Director appears in the beginning of Mission 10 on a computer screen that pops out of the desk.

mystery

• There is a rumor that Aunt Artic is the Director. This could be true.
• In Mission 1, she is testing you.
• When you put the mouse over her glasses in the Penguin Times, They turn black, like spy glasses.
• On CP the first tile of the Dancefloor in the Night Club says: "Aunt Artic is the Director" in morse code.

This is just an observation. We may never know The Identity of the Director.
