The Blue Top Hat is a head item in Club Penguin. Hence the name, it is a top hat that is blue. It costs 350 coins in the Penguin Style, and only members can buy it. It goes with the Blue Tuxedo. Similar items are the Dazzling Blue Top Hat and the Top Hat.
