The Wish Maker 3000.

The Wish-Maker 3000 (also known as Make-A-Wish 3000) was an invention Gary the Gadget Guy created especially for the 3rd Anniversary Party. If you pressed the red button on it, it would start and would blow the top part of the anniversary cake off, revealing free party hats. It didn't really grant wishes. The confetti around it was the colors of the party hat. It only appeared during the 3rd Anniversary Party.
