The Yellow Cape is a neck item in Club Penguin. Members were able to obtain this item for 200 coins in the Penguin Style catalog. Similar items are the other Capes. It goes along with The Banana, Yellow Face Paint, I Heart My Yellow Puffle T-Shirt and Yellow Checkered Shoes.
