The penguins are from Abbotsford, where they were known as criminal masterminds. There are ten penguins involved in this plan, and they all hailed from the Fraser River Valley. They came to Vancouver, disguised as ordinary citizens with a purpose. | |||

Chapter 1: Prolouge

Vancouver BC - Canada's third-largest city, and the largest city in the province of British Columbia. Widely known as a livable city, Vancouver is proudly known for its beautiful landscape, wonderful sights, mixed culture, and friendly hospitality.
