If you mean the UserInfobox, the coding for it can be found on this page. If not, let me know which one.

Signature

You just have to experiment with some wikicode. When you find one that works, go to your preferences and enter the coding for your signature there, but remember to check off Treat signature as wikitext (without an automatic link).

Here are some things you might want to include:
<font face="comic sans ms"> [[User:Ben 100022|Ben 100022]] </font> would make it look like Ben 100022

[[User:Ben 100022|<span style="color:red">Ben 100022</span>]] would produce Ben 100022

If you combine them together:

<font face="comic sans ms"> [[User:Ben 100022|<span style="color:red">Ben 100022</span>]] </font> would produce Ben 100022
