You may nominate up to three users per award category. The nominating session runs from November 4, 2013 - December 1, 2013. At the end of the nominating period, the top three nominated users in each category will be the three final candidates for the Awards. Any tiebreakers separating the final spot from missing the shortlist will be done via an admin vote.
Note: For parties, events from the Holiday Party 2012 to Operation: Puffle may be nominated.
