The Board of Partners vote and discuss on whether or not a blog should be offered a partnership.
Scouts
Scouts go look for good looking blogs, YouTube accounts and Twitter accounts and will suggest them to the council members for voting upon. Our current scouts are:

Negotiators propose a deal with the site once the board of council approves the website in being a partner. Our current negotiators are:
