- All players can get a New Player Red Baseball Hat when they create a new penguin.
- All players can get a New Player Background when they create a new penguin.
- All players can get Rockhopper's Key pin at the back of the book, The Journal of Captain Rockhopper, which is located at the Book Room. It lets players get inside the Captain's Quarters.
- All players can get a Friendship Bracelet at the back of the book, Rockhopper and the Stowaway, which is also located at the Book Room.
- All players can get a Miners Helmet at the Cave Mine.
- All players can get a free Green Crosshatched Hoodie by going to Unlock Items Online and typing the code D23EXP11.
- All players can get a free UK Hoodie by going to Unlock Items Online and typing the code FreeHood.
- All players can get a free Glowing Pumpkin Head by going to Unlock Items Online and typing the code Pumpkin1.
- All players can get ninja belts at the Dojo by playing Card-Jitsu.
- Members can get earn the Fire Ninja outfit at the Fire Dojo, when playing Card-Jitsu Fire.
- Members can earn the Water Ninja outfit at the Water Dojo, when playing Card-Jitsu Water.
- Members can get the Moss Key Pin by following the Giant Squid in the Black Puffle level of Puffle Rescue. It is found in the Underwater Room.
- Secret Agents and EPF Agents can get the Spy Goggles by helping Dancing Penguin with his glasses and completing Mission 11.
