- You can get Rockhopper's Key at the back of the book, The Journal of Captain Rockhopper, which is located at the Book Room. It lets you get inside the Captain's Quarters. It is also a pin.
- You can get a free Friendship Bracelet at the back of the book, Rockhopper and the Stowaway, which is also located at the Book Room.
- Non-members can get belts at the Dojo by playing Card-Jitsu.
- Members can get earn the Fire Ninja outfit at the Fire Dojo, when playing Card-Jitsu Fire.
- Members can earn the Water Ninja outfit at the Water Dojo, when playing Card-Jitsu Water.
- Members can get the Moss Key Pin by following the Giant Squid in the Black Puffle level of Puffle Rescue. It is found in the Underwater Room.
- Secret Agents can get the Spy Goggles by helping Dancing Penguin with his glasses and completing Mission 11.
- You can get a Miniers Helmet at the Cave Mine and at the Stadium.
