The Clock Tower.

The Clock Tower is a small structure located at the Snow Forts. It only tells Pacific Standard Time ("Penguin Standard Time"). It also tells the day of the week. On the side of the Clock Tower, there is a target that will spin around when hit with a snowball, which hints that this is the power source for the clock's internal mechanism. Below the target is a secret coded message, which says "By G". If you click the stand with a yellow light a message will come up about the clock and Penguin Standard Time.

Trivia

  • The Clock Tower was broken on April 17, 2008 by Herbert P. Bear, the villain of the Secret Missions, and it kept on changing into days, events or even mathematical symbols. Herbert took the Prime Gear away and secret agents had to make a new gear out of snow in the Secret Mission #7. The rest of the parts was lost so Secret Agents had to find those too.
  • In Mission 8, you have to take of the gear of Herbert's drill and give Gary to put it on back to the Clock Tower.
