The EPF Command Room is an upgraded Command Room and is found in the Everyday Phoning Facility, where the Player needs to go through some test in order to become an Elite Penguin Force Agent and get access to the lift which leads to this room. It is still under construction, but penguins can play the old Secret Missions here.
