EPF Missions are new missions to replace Field-Ops and PSA Missions. The first mission was the Operation: Hot Sauce. When missions are completed, the player receives 5 medals. Unlike the PSA missions and Field-Ops, when the user exits the game, the mission is still waiting for the next time they log in. It is like a combination of the PSA missions and Field-Ops, because the user can meet the agents and talk to them, (PSA missions) and still waddle around the island (Field-Ops).

A new spy phone and gadget desk at HQ were released for the missions. The new spy phone has the features of Missions and Gadgets.
