The Extra-Planetary Federation (commonly called the EPF) is a special group of highly skilled agents (called EPF Agents) that help keep Club Penguin and the whole galaxy safe. The EPF HQ is the Space Academy, located inside the future Lighthouse. It replaced the Elite Penguin Force, which no longer exists due to an unknown reason.

• Jet Pack Guy - A former member of PSA and Elite Penguin Force, the Tactical Lead
• Rookie - Codenamed "The Director". The director of the Extra-Planetary Federation, and formerly PSA's Public Relation Officer and the Elite Penguin Force's Comm Lead
• Puffle Handler - A well-known Club Penguin Puffle Trainer
• Dot - One of the first members of the Elite Penguin Force, a master of disguise

History

The EPF first appeared for 2014 penguins during the Future Party. The future version of Gary, called now Gary 3000 was meetable during the party. The Space Academy, making its first appearance, replaced the Lighthouse.

Upzar II

In 4014, the EPF had gone to a mission on planet Upzar II and came back June 3. Only Gary 3000 stayed in Club Penguin. They went there to rescue alien creatures.

• The Protobot is now the EPF's greatest enemy.
• The Test Bots upgraded and are now the Microbots.
• The Extra-Planetary Federation agents save not only Club Penguin, but the whole galaxy.
• They use the robos to fly into orbit and get all the way to space.
• The Extra-Planetary Federation agents do not only save the whole galaxy, but other dimensions too.
• If looked at closely, the first letters of the words Extra-Planetary Federation would spell EPF, just like Elite Penguin Force.
• The Everyday Phoning Facility does not exist anymore and the command room is located now where the Lighthouse used to be.
• The Space Academy music is a remix of the original Elite Penguin Force music with a robot saying "EPF Extra-Planetary" over and over.
• In in spite of being a secret agency, everyone in 4014 and 2014 knows about it.
• Everyone could join it during the Future Party.
• Rookie is now The Director of the EPF.
