The 3rd Year Party Hat is a rare item that was given out during Club Penguin's 3rd Anniversary Party. It is a head item and it was free. It was available to all penguins in Club Penguin, just like all other anniversary party hats, only on the 24 October 2008. It was also the first time Club Penguin hid the Party Hats.
Trivia
- It was the first and only party hat to have more than two colors so far.
- Like most other party hats, it was found in the Coffee Shop.
- Along with the party hat, Club Penguin also gave out the Ice Cream Apron.
- To get this party hat, you had to hit a switch in the Wish-Maker 3000 on top of the cake, then some of the cake would fall and you could get the party hat.
- The colors were the same as the balloons in the newspaper.
- One day this might be a very rare party hat because of its uniqueness, since this is the only party hat to support 3 colors.
- It looks like the Beta Hat.
- It is rare, like all party hats.
- Some penguins want it back because the colors look good on it.
