Chirp is a specially-trained yellow Elite Puffle who appears in Elite Penguin Force. She can play the flute so high-pitched that it can break through almost any object, such as large ice cubes, without actually damaging the object inside. Chirp's flute can also short-circuit machines such as a Jet Pack.

- Chirp was a character in the Exclusive Christmas Book, Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic (only shown during the Christmas Party 2008) in the Book Room.
- You train with Chirp on the Tallest Mountain in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force.
- She wears an artist's cap when playing the flute.
- Chirp plays "A, B, C, D, E" on her flute [citation needed].
