Mysterious black anomaly

A mysterious black anomaly is seen behind the Sport Shop on a poster given out with The Ultimate Official Guide to Club Penguin Volume 1 and the 3D Puzzle ball.
Possibilities of what it might be
It is quite possible it is the HQ as the HQ is entered from the back of the Sport Shop, or even the EPF Command Room. It is likely to be the entrance to the passageway that leads to the Headquarters, because it is covered in snow to conceal it and only visible at a certain camera angle. It could also just be a part of the Sports Shop where they store stock.
The shape of the anomaly suggests it may simply be the shadow of the Sports Shop on the snow.
What doesn't make sense is that the changing cubicles that lead to the HQ are in the left hand side if facing away from the door, yet the anomaly is shown to be straight forward if facing away from the door - and that doesn't match up.
Trivia
- You can only see the building on the poster, the book cover and the 3D Puzzle Ball.
- If it is the HQ, it may disappear in the possible Volume 2 of The Ultimate Official Guide to Club Penguin.
- The anomaly cannot be seen on the online map, however the map is in a different viewing angle to the angle in the picture.
- Starting May 25, 2010 at Ski Village, there is a machine that lifts a black telephone. It may be the mysterious black anomaly, but isn't sure because it's too small.
- It also appears in the "Join the Community" pages in Volume 2.
- It looks likes an igloo a bit so it could be the Director of the P.S.A's igloo.
- Since the door to the EPF Command Room is on the back of the everyday phoning facility it could possibly be it.
