Operation: Blackout was an Elite Penguin Force mission party in Club Penguin. It started on November 14, 2012 and ended on December 5, 2012. It was confirmed on Herbert P. Bear's^[1], Polo Field's, and Billybob's Twitter accounts^[2]. Polo Field also blogged about the team making specific music for November.^[3].
