The Party Hats, along with the pins, are some of the very few items that will never come back in Club Penguin. The Party Hat (a.k.a Beta Test Hat) was the first one ever made. Then came the 1st Year Party Hats, from the first Club Penguin anniversary. Then the 2nd year Party Hat, from the second Club Penguin anniversary. Club Penguin's anniversary is every year on October 26th. So far, all of the anniversary parties have been in the Coffee Shop.
