The Rockhopper stamp is a stamp in Club Penguin. This stamp is only available every two months when Rockhopper arrives to Club Penguin. This stamp was first available for the first time at The Fair 2010. It is very hard to find Rockhopper, he changes rooms, and servers frequently.
