Snow Trekker (minigame)

Snow Trekker is a mini game found in Elite Penguin Force. It features the Snow Cat vehicle, and it's sometimes used in some of the end missions.

Objective

You drive the Snow Cat around to try to reach a target, while collecting coins as you go. You can go into boat mode to move on water. You must blow into the microphones on the DS for it to move though. In another mode, the Snow Cat grows a bulldozer like a plow which helps it destroy obstacles. You can also use just normal mode too. To change modes just tap on the Snow Cat with the DS Stylus Pen.

Trivia

• In Penguin Chat 3, the Snow Trekker was called the Snow Cat. They changed the name to cancel any connection to Penguin Chat 3.
• You could only drive this special vehicle in Elite Penguin Force and in Penguin Chat 3.
• In Elite Penguin Force, the maximum amount of coins that can be gathered is 260.
• When in it's in float-mode,you have to blow into the microphone to get it to move.
• Crashing into things will make you lose fuel.
• That is, unlike Jet Pack Adventure the only way to lose fuel besides using float-mode on land.
• Logs and Snow Drifts are the only 2 obstacles that can be removed with shovel-mode and not take damage (lose fuel).
