The Fair 2010 is a carnival-themed party in Club Penguin. It will start on September 3 and end on the 12th, as confirmed from the 253rd and 254th issue of the Club Penguin Times. It will be the 4th consecutive Fall Fair. Rockhopper will come, as confirmed in an article in the 254th Penguin Times. The Great Puffle Circus will return as well. The main site was changed for The Fair early but was switched back to normal shortly after. It is also mentioned in the Penguin Times Issue #255 that Rockhopper will bring magic hats which are rumoured to make the penguin doing an action with it disappear as if he/she was a ninja.
