The Water Party was both held at 2007 and 2008. In 2007 in the Cave was flooded when a crab broke the glass of the window, causing the Pool to flood, and Club Penguin decided to throw a Water Party to use up the excess water.
In 2008, they decided to throw another Water Party.
In 2009, Gary said one of the windows by the pool needed to be fixed. He said that there might even be a party. This was evidence that there may be a Water Party 2009, but this actually led to the Festival of Flight.
In both Water Parties, you were able to throw water balloons instead of snowballs.
