Abusing multiple accounts (also known as creating Sockpuppets) is pointless: do not do it. You are limited to a maximum of 2 accounts per user. One main account, and one spare. Any more are not permitted. We highly recommend that if you are going to make a spare account, or one for a bot (if you do have one), do not mention it, and refrain from using it until you need to. A spare account is also incapable of receiving user rights, except for bots, which may receive the bot or administrator flag. The CheckUser function is available to use in order to find sockpuppets.
What happens if I create more than two accounts?
First Offense will result in a 3 hour block; your sockpuppets will be blocked for infinite.
Second Offense will result in a 1 week block; your sockpuppets will be blocked for infinite.
Third Offense will result in a 1 month block; your sockpuppets will be blocked for infinite.
Fourth Offense will result in an infinite block; your sockpuppets will be blocked for infinite.
Using Sockpuppets to evade blocks
If you do so, here are the consequences:
First Offense will result in a 3 month block in addition to your previous block; your sockpuppets will be blocked for infinite.
Second Offense will result in a 6 month block; your sockpuppets will be blocked for infinite.
Third Offense will result in an infinite block; your sockpuppets will be blocked for infinite.
