Look, this is just dumb. If we're going to regularly doing this kind of thing (we'll see after this trial) then we simply need to convert to the IRC meetings formula. Everybody should be allowed to attend, there are no leaders or admin distinction: we just put in a list of topics and discuss and vote on them at the end of it.
