We have a winner, chosen by our voters! Our Penguin of the Month is Seahorseruler! Seahorse is the Club Penguin Wiki Network's CEO and is an administrator of this wiki. He joined in March 2009 and became an administrator only a few months later. Seahorseruler is known as one of the most important users this wiki has ever had. He was involved in making big decisions in the wiki, including the reforms in 2009 and most recently, the idea of forming a council. Way to go, Seahorseruler!
