The 9th Anniversary Party will be a party in Club Penguin. It will start on October 23, 2014 and will end on October 29, 2014. This will be the fourth time that an Anniversary Party will happening during the Halloween Party. Like all Anniversary Parties, there will be a new year book.

Development
The party was confirmed on October 2, 2014 in the issue 467 of the Club Penguin Times. On October 9, 2014 in issue 468, the color of the party hat was revealed in the Upcoming Events section.
