Filters are measures to keep people safe in Club Penguin. Obviously swear words can get through, but some can get through is you use the in a sentance. There once was an incident where you got banned from saying "Ice Cream".

- Many penguin will avoid the filter by using 'Dove' instead of 'Love' and 'Goo Gull' instead of 'Google'.
