Happy77 (real name Rachel Leards) is a Club Penguin moderator, writer, and blogger. On Penguin Chat 3, she was seen at least once as a snail. Happy77 posts several videos about Club Penguin on her YouTube account. Most of them reveal future things in Club Penguin. In her YouTube videos, she often talks using emotes. In Penguin Chat, she was known to make an appearance as a snail. She also has items that only famous penguins can have.
