Joe is a penguin in Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal: Heroes Unite!. He wears Spikester Threads, Humbug Spectacles, a pair of headphones slightly simmilar to a combonation of Cadence's headphones and the Blue Headphones. He writes the possible story about Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal, as seen on the first page of Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal: Heroes Unite!.
